Real estate has been Monalisa's profession for more than 15 years, and she has built her experience in both Sweden and Spain. She holds a university degree in Real Estate Brokerage from Sweden and today she works as a registered real estate agent on the Costa Blanca.
For most of her career, Monalisa has specialized in new-build properties in both Sweden and in Spain. Her experience includes working in real estate as well as on the developer side, giving her a broad understanding of the entire new-build market – from projects and sales to guiding clients throughout the buying process.
In Spain, she works with an extensive network of established developers. This allows her to compare different areas, developments and properties and present options tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences.
For Monalisa, a secure and well-informed property purchase begins long before choosing the actual home. An important part of her role is therefore to give clients a clear understanding of the market, the opportunities available and the different stages of the Spanish buying process – from the initial search through to reservation, contracts and completion.
After many years in the industry, she knows that every client and every property purchase is unique. That is why she places great importance on personal guidance, clear communication and transparency throughout the entire process.
