Welcome to a life dedicated to wine. In the heart of historic Requena, one of Spain's most famous wine regions, just a few miles outside Valencia, you will find this charming Bed and Breakfast. It offers four double rooms and two single rooms, a private wine cellar, and two bathrooms with showers. The guest house complements it with an additional double room and bathroom. There is a large living room and a kitchen. The adjoining courtyard offers generous spaces for festivities, sunbathing, dinners, or just relaxed socializing. Additionally, there is a large terrace and a private fountain that enhance the stay.

Then we have the vineyard, about 20 kilometers outside Requena, in a nature park area, Las Hoces de Cabriel, with a beautiful rolling landscape of 11.28 hectares, including Macabeo grapes on 1.88 hectares, Syrah on 1.4 hectares, Monastrell on 1.0 hectares, Marselan on 0.5 hectares, Garnacha on 0.49 hectares, Tardana on 0.42 hectares, almond groves on 1.74 hectares, and a small pistachio plantation on 0.15 hectares. 0.21 hectares are yet to be cultivated, and there is also 3.47 hectares of forest.
Today, their organically certified grapes are sold to various wineries in the area, where some are vinified into their own wine under the brand "Casa Amytis." These exceptional wines, many of which are natural wines produced in collaboration with various wineries, are sold both locally and internationally, including to several Michelin-starred restaurants. Currently, the main focus is on distance sales to Sweden.

The current owners, a Swedish couple in their 60s, acquired this idyll in 2012. Since then, they have developed a concept combining accommodation, quality of life, gastronomy, and excellent wines. Collaborations with several restaurants and wineries, along with the opportunity to participate in the autumn harvest each year, make this Bed and Breakfast unique. Many guests return and recommend it to friends and acquaintances. During the open seasons, spring and autumn, the accommodation is often fully booked.

The stay today includes pickup and drop-off at Valencia airport, meals at one of the local, picturesque restaurants, or cooking on the charming courtyard, which may include both grilled dishes and paella, as well as visits to wineries and the vineyard. If it's harvest time, guests also get the opportunity to participate in the harvest work.
There is great potential to sell more wine and create more collaborations and develop the concept, etc. There has been more demand than the current owners have been able to keep up with.

The current owners are open to helping buyers with their contacts and, for an agreed fee, also assisting so that the buyer can generate income from day one. As an interested party, you have the opportunity to come to Requena to live and experience the entire concept, thus gaining good insight into what you are buying. (If you do not buy, a cost will be charged, otherwise not).

Interior
The house welcomes you with a spacious hall with white walls and stone floors, providing ample space for hanging outerwear and a hall furniture. Adjacent to the hall is a fully tiled bathroom equipped with a shower cabin, a sink with a vanity, and a mirror with lighting.
The ground floor has two bedrooms: one double room with white-painted walls and stone floors furnished with a double bed and a double wardrobe for storage. The next bedroom is a single room with stone floors, white-painted walls, and a sofa bed.
A cozy living room with a fireplace and two window sections fills the room with light. The stone floor is matched by white-painted walls, and the furniture consists of a sofa set, armchairs, and a dining table.
The kitchen is pleasantly located with access to the patio. Classic wooden cabinets, a stone countertop, and patterned tiles that go all the way to the ceiling. The equipment includes a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, and dishwasher. There is good storage in both cabinets and drawers.
From the kitchen, you reach the cozy patio on two levels with space for a larger dining table on the lower part and a smaller table on the upper part. Practical terracotta tiles and lush greenery frame the space.
The heart of the house is the lovely courtyard with generous spaces, a large grill, a small jacuzzi, and a fountain. A place for socializing, sun, and relaxation.

Upper floor
On the second floor, there are three double rooms, all with white-painted walls, wardrobes for storage, and windows for light entry, as well as a single room. There is also a spacious bathroom with tiled walls, equipped with a sink with a vanity, a mirror with lighting, a toilet, a bidet, and a shower cabin. A large window provides light and ventilation. From one of the double rooms, you can access a large sun-filled terrace.
The house also includes a wine cellar and an annex with an additional suite for two and toilet, with a separate shower.
